Octo Pendant Lamp

Lighting Products and Fixtures Design Octo Pendant Lamp by Daniela Morales Cantú The design brief for the project was to create a lamp that could be made with simple manufacturing processes, create as least waste as possible, be shipped flat, and be easily put together by the end user. Octo is inspired by the octagonal shape, there are 8 pieces that connect to the lamp structure and create the shade of the lamp. The material of the structure is aluminium and the shade pieces can be made of industrial felt or leather, this combination of materials create a contrast between soft and hard textures, creating a design that offers a modern and comfortable lighting solution.
